After a long time of operation, the machine will show different levels of equipment wear and tear. Although modern technology has tried to reduce this wear and tear of the equipment, due to the life limit of the equipment, this kind of wear and tear cannot be prevented for many hours. Today, let's understand the conditions that are prone to wear and tear on the
noodle machine.
(1) When the materials between the two surfaces of the friction pair formed by the
noodle machine absorb each other, a bond is formed, and the local materials are transferred from one surface to another, and in severe cases, they will be bitten and damaged, causing damage. This is common between pendant rolls and tooth rolls.
Influencing factor: In physics, homogeneous data is easier to glue than heterogeneous data. What often occurs between the tooth rollers is the wear between the same materials, and the adhesive wear between the dough and the steel between the rollers is more. Plastic data flows more easily than brittle data.
(2) If there are large and hard particles between the rollers of the noodle machine, many grooves are drawn on the outside of the parts to form a fine racking process, which is why the flour is required to be clean and evenly distributed.
Influencing factors: good working environment, which can effectively reduce the wear and tear of waste materials. The higher the hardness of the material of the noodle machine equipment, the better the wear resistance and the smaller the wear. If the
noodle machine roll lung particles are large, the wear is serious. The larger the uniform size of the abrasive particles, the greater the wear.
(3) We know that every steel equipment has a fatigue value, and the noodle machine is no exception. When the appearance of the parts is repeatedly subjected to strong loads such as extrusion, the materials forming the parts table gradually agglomerate, and the appearance of the parts forms pitted depressions, which will cause point damage to the noodle machine.
Influencing factors: The higher the appearance hardness of the
noodle machine manufacturing material, the less likely to have fatigue cracks, and the greater the ability to prevent fatigue wear. It is recommended to use materials to ensure that the anti-fatigue value of the noodle machine is maximized, and the improvement table and quality can be improved to zero. Parts are resistant to wear and tear.
(4) When the idle material containing solid particles impacts the solid surface, erosion and wear will occur, such as river erosion of the river bed, and sometimes erosion and wear will be applied. Effectively clean the sand and protrusions on the appearance of the casting, so that the surface of the casting is cleaner and more lubricated.
Influencing factors: hardness of abrasive particles, friction coefficient with solid appearance, impact speed and direction.
(5) There is also a common wear, which we collectively call chemical wear, which can be formed without friction. Some external factors such as humidity, temperature, acidity and other external factors in the operating environment of the
noodle machine form a partial chemical reaction, causing corrosion. Corrosion and wear in a humid environment are faster than others, so it can be idle for a long time. This is the reason.
Influencing factors: the appearance of oxide film characteristics and environmental temperature, humidity, pH, etc. Therefore, the storage of the noodle machine should be kept clean and hygienic, and corresponding maintenance management should be done.
